"In addition to raising rates as part of a "market adjustment", they opened two auto glass claims for one broken window, charged us a $100 deductible both times, and are now using the number of claims (including the duplicate one) to raise our comprehensive deductible to $500. We've been trying to get this issue addressed for over a year, and each time we bring it up, we get ghosted. The level of service is far worse than the previous agent in this spot. Avoid"

The State Farm representative was very pleasant and diligent with finding ways to reduce the home insurance base quote until State Farm realized my home was a manufactured home.
